Fourth-year forward Mateo Brazinha is once again putting forth a stellar season in Canada West. The reigning Player of the Year had nine goals and nine assists a season ago, and this season he's followed that up with seven goals and two assists for nine points. He's the undisputed leader of the Cascades, but offensively he's had plenty of help from Michael Beecroft and Kevin Mailand, each of whom have supplied four goals.
UNBC Timberwolves:
Record: 3-4-2 (11 Points, Tied for 4th in Pacific Division)

Player to Watch: Jamie Wildash-Chan
Rookie defender Jamie Wildash-Chan has absolutely put himself in the mix for Canada West Rookie of the Year honours. Heading into action this weekend, Wildash-Chan leads all Timberwolves with four goals and his four points ranks him one back of team-leader Wyatt Lyon. The product of Wellington, NZ has dazzled with his footwork, deceptiveness and skill and with a big weekend looming he'll once again be called upon to play a big role in any success that the Timberwolves have in store.
