TORONTO — The Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) Bold men's soccer program is proud to welcome defender Luc Ihama to its 2025-26 recruiting class.

Originally from Barrie, Ont., Ihama joins TMU as a League1 Ontario champion and standout from Centennial College, where he was named the 2024-25 Men's Soccer MVP. The disciplined and driven defender brings a competitive mindset to the Bold, along with a commitment to constant improvement that has defined his career so far.

Ihama's playing résumé includes three years with Simcoe County Rovers FC—one of League1 Ontario's premier clubs—and one season with Centennial, where he made an immediate impact on both ends of the pitch.

In 2023, he helped lead the Rovers to a League1 Ontario title, gaining valuable experience at the semi-professional level. He also played alongside Aidan Hugo during his time with the club, adding familiarity to the Bold roster.

Set to study Sport Media, Ihama chose TMU for its dual focus on athletic excellence and academic opportunity.

As the newest member of the Bold's 2025-26 recruiting class, Ihama is ready to make his mark in blue and gold.
