Current RMC Paladins women's soccer head coach, Chad Beaulieu has been announced as the inaugural coach of the Kingston Sentinels women's League1 program.

Beaulieu, who has been the head coach of RMC women's soccer since 2002, will continue in the role, while also guiding the Sentinels.

"I am deeply grateful to RMC and the Athletic Department for their continued support as I take on this new opportunity," Beaulieu said. "To our current and former players, thank you for shaping me as a coach and preparing me for the challenges ahead—your dedication inspires everything I do."

The move is an exciting one for Beaulieu, not just personally, but also for both programs.

"This role with the Kingston Sentinels will strengthen the connection between RMC women's soccer and the broader Kingston soccer community, creating new pathways for development and collaboration. I will continue to give my very best to RMC while helping others in our community succeed."

The Sentinels will kick-off their first season in the spring of 2026.

"We are very proud to support Chad as he takes on this amazing coaching opportunity," said Paladins Deputy Director – Athletics, Guy Dube. "His many contributions to soccer both at RMC and to the local Kingston community are well known, and we know this will be a great opportunity for him to further showcase his coaching acumen."

This past season, Beaulieu led the Paladins to their best point total since 2016.
