Regina Cougars track & field Head Coach Sabrina Nettey announced Thursday that sprinter Finn Sorensen has committed to the Cougars for the 2025-26 season.
Sorensen competed for Greenall High School in Balgonie, Sask., where he was a finalist at the Saskatchewan High School Track & Field Championships in the 200m.
"We're very pleased to welcome Finn to our program," said Nettey. "He is a strong sprinter with a lot of potential, and we're looking forward to supporting his development at the next level."
Sorensen had a strong 2025 season, setting personal-best times in the 200-metre dash (22.69), 100-metre dash (11.19) and 60-metre dash (7.25).
